Knowledge Bank

This Privacy Notice applies to the Knowledge Bank, a directory of services covering the Bromsgrove and Redditch areas. The Knowledge Bank has been developed by Bromsgrove District Council and Redditch Borough Council, with support from partner organisations, to provide residents, community groups, and service providers with easy access to local information in one place.

We collect and process information about organisations to enable them to be included within the Knowledge Bank Directory. The information we collect may include:

• Organisation name
• Organisation address
• Contact telephone number
• Email address
• Website address
• Details and overview of the services provided

This information is published on the Knowledge Bank Directory to help residents and other organisations identify and access relevant local services and support.

Organisations listed on the Knowledge Bank may request the removal of their information at any time by emailing partnership@bromsgroveandredditch.gov.uk. Once the information has been removed, a confirmation email will be sent to the organisation. Organisations may also request updates or amendments to their existing Knowledge Bank listing at any time by emailing partnership@bromsgroveandredditch.gov.uk.

The Knowledge Bank Partnership Team reserves the right to remove an organisation's information from the Knowledge Bank at any time, either on a temporary or permanent basis, where this is considered necessary. This may include circumstances where information is found to be inaccurate, outdated, or no longer relevant to the purpose of the directory.

We will take reasonable steps to ensure that the information held on the Knowledge Bank remains accurate and up to date. To support this, the Knowledge Bank team will review organisation records at least annually to confirm that their details, including contact information and descriptions of the services, remains current and accurate.
