Wednesday's at 1.30pm at Batchley Community Centre, Redditch.
Moving more can help you stay healthy, mobile and independent as you get older. It does become even more important to remain active as we age, if you want to stay healthy and maintain your independence.
This community exercise class offers a range of options, you can exercise standing or seated, however you feel confident and comfortable.
Our community exercise classes will help to improve strength, balance and co-ordination. They also include exercise that will improve heart health and general fitness. Movement is also good for your mental health and wellbeing, as it increase endorphins and just makes you feel good.
