Multiple Sclerosis Exercise

Exercise suitable for people living with Multiple Sclerosis

You can exercise at home with Natasha and Gaynor

We will be holding weekly exercise sessions - Tuesdays at 11.30am for 1hr.

We have partnered with local medical and fitness professionals to bring you these targeted exercise sessions.

The symptoms of multiple sclerosis can make it difficult to exercise, so we work with local exercise instructors and the MS physios from the Princess of Wales Community Hospital to create a range of exercises for people with MS.

The workouts are designed for different levels of mobility and as the session is set out as a circuit you never have to do anything that you are uncomfortable with.

Tuesdays

11.30am to 12.30pm - This class includes seated and standing exercises to help with strength, balance and stability.
