Redditch Borough Council has carried out the necessary consultations on its proposals to make the Redditch Town Centre Public Space Protection Order 2023 (“the Order”) in accordance with section 72 of the Anti-Social Behaviour Crime and Policing Act 2014 (“the Act”).
