Change in your circumstances

If you're already registered with us and want to tell us about a change in your circumstances please log into your Redditch Home application and update it with the changes.

Changes to tell us about include

• You have changed address
• Someone in your household has moved out
• Someone new has moved in
• If you or a member of your household is pregnant
• If your household income combined exceeds the financial limit of £45,000
• If your household savings/ capital /assets exceed the financial limit of £95,000

 It is your responsibility to ensure your housing application is kept up to date.

 Changes may affect your priority Band award and band date

Annual Review

Once you're registered with us, you will need to take part in an annual review to confirm that there has been no change in circumstances in the past 12 months that you haven't already told us about.

You will receive automated reminders when your annual review is due direct to your email address. It's important you take part in the review as otherwise your application will be closed.
