30 properties in total

12 properties were Direct Matched to applicants in Band 1

18 properties were allocated to applicants via our Choice Based Letting scheme

Whilst the demand for family sized accommodation remains high, as we have had more properties become available recently through new build developments and buying properties on the open market, we are continuing to see successful bids from applicants in band 2, for 2 and 3 bed size properties. Bedsits and one-bedroom properties remain in good supply and because of this people from lower bandings have been successful with bids placed.
