Summary of Letting Results for April 2024 to March 2025
The below detail is summary of the lettings from April 2024 to May 2025. This can be helpful when considering your own rehousing options. All of the empty properties that became available for letting are shown below as well the property type and location. You can also compare your Band award of the successful applicant to your own, which are all indicators of long you may have to wait to be rehoused. Unfortunately we're unable to give exact wait times as that’s dependent on properties becoming available and how many people are already head of you waiting too.
If you’re in a lower banding and/ or can’t wait to be rehoused by the Council visit our Housing Options page for more information

For 1-bedroom size properties, these remain in good supply but waiting times can vary depending on your age; the wait for flats with an age restriction is shorter than that for properties without an age restriction.
2 and 4 bed sized homes are in very high demand and because of this no lets have been made to applicants outside of Band 1 and Band 2.
Waiting times for adapted sized family homes may be longer than average too, as these properties aren’t readily available
