Summary of Letting Results from April 2022 to March 2023

All applicants accepted on to our housing register housing needs are assessed against our banding awards. There are 6 band awards with Band 1 being the highest

Band 1 applicants are direct matched to suitable properties, to recognise they need to move urgently.

Applicants in other bands can bid on advertised properties through our choice based letting service - CBL

The below detail breakdown the lets in 2022 to 2023. This can be helpful when considering your own rehousing options. All of the empty properties that became available for letting are shown below as well the property type and location, here you can see the size and areas where properties become available. You can also compare your own Band award and Band Date to that of the successful applicant which are all good indicators of long you may have to wait to be rehoused.

Bedsits and one bed sized flats are more readily available and because of that are allocated to applicants from lower bandings.

Family sized accommodation is in very high demand, therefore most of these successful applicants are from band 1
