Hire rooms at the Town Hall

Due to the current situation with the Covid19 Pandemic, the Council is working towards ensuring its own council business can take place safely.  We continue to work with social distancing restrictions and remain cautious, therefore we will be unable to take bookings for large events at this time.  It is unlikely we will offer room hire for any event with more than 15 people in attendance but will review each booking individually to ensure your continued safety.

We apologise for any inconvenience but will continue to review our future bookings and update the website accordingly.

There is a civic suite of specially-designed rooms for hire to suit a range of needs conveniently in the town centre at Redditch Town Hall.

Ranging from small to very large and available in a range of flexible options, the civic suite rooms are perfect for a variety of functions six days a week, day or night.

Bar facilities are available for evening bookings and on Saturdays for corporate entertaining, wedding receptions and social functions.

The central Council Chamber has a large dance floor and raised dais making it ideal for discos and concerts as well as conferences, exhibitions and business meetings.

We have found over the years that so many people choose to use their own catering service that you are free to use any approved outside caterer to suit your own requirements.

The suite’s movable walls and multiple entrances and exits mean it can be hired in combinations to suit you.
