Sunset, Sax and Support: celebrate the end of Summer with the Mayor
The Mayor of Redditch warmly invites residents to join her for a ‘Late Summer Evening’ charity event in support of Primrose Hospice and Family Support Centre this September.
The event will take place on Friday, 12th September from 7pm at The Boathouse, Arrow Valley Countryside Centre.
Guests will be treated to a selection of canapés on arrival, followed by a hot buffet and an evening of live saxophone music performed by the talented Shadow Sax. A charity raffle will also be held during the evening, with a top prize of £100 cash up for grabs.
Mayor of Redditch, Cllr Joanna Kane, said: “I would love residents from across the borough to join me for what promises to be a fantastic event. It will be a wonderful evening to enjoy great company, delicious food and soulful music, all in the name of this very worthy charity. My mother-in-law received care from her local hospice, and I have seen first-hand the difference they make to patients, carers and families.”
Tickets are £35.00 per person, with all proceeds going to Primrose Hospice and Family Support Centre to support their vital work in the community.
To secure your place, RSVP by 5th September by contacting Susan Lisle (Mayor’s PA) at s.lisle@bromsgroveandredditch.gov.uk or by calling 01527 881380.
