This Girl Can Walk in the Park
Starting on Monday 4th AUGUST at 11am, there will be a Talk and Walk around Arrow Valley Lake. Suitable for all women, young and old, who want a laugh and chat.
Mindful Walking Group
Make some new friends, get some gentle exercise followed by a free coffee and sandwich
Abbey Track Health Walk
Come along and enjoy a free safe walk, with café and toilet facilities on hand. The Abbey Track - Wednesdays at 11am.
Arrow Valley Walks
Arrow Valley Health Walks start at 10:30 am on Mondays and Thursdays from Arrow Valley Countryside Centre.
Waymarked Trails
Waymarked Trails- Circular walking trails at Arrow Valley Country Park take in various landmarks across the 900-acre park.
