If you have difficulty walking, you can register to use our equipment to help you get around Redditch town centre six days a week.

We will help you with everything, from deciding on the right equipment for you and showing you how to use it, to providing an escort to assist you around - our assisted shopping service (subject to availability, booking essential).

All customers must provide 2 forms of valid ID when hiring equipment, one with a photo and the other confirming your address. A cash deposit is required for Wheelchairs for non -registered users

Opening hours

Monday to Friday

9.00 to 16.00

Saturday

9.00 to 12.30 and 13.00 to 16.00

Last available loan time is 15.00 and all equipment must be returned by no later than 15.40.

Please note you may not reserve a specific piece of equipment – equipment is allocated to meet the specific requirements and health needs of all our users.
