Redditch Businesses are invited to Worcestershire’s Skills and Business Conference
Local business owners are invited to attend the Redditch and Bromsgrove Skills and Business Conference funded by the UK Shared Prosperity Fund. The conferences will be raising awareness of all support programmes including those funded by UKSPF.
Redditch based businesses are in line to benefit from the UK Shared Prosperity Fund investment from UK Government, administered by Redditch Borough Council’s UKSPF Team, in the form of help with growth, skills, recruitment, and business support through the Worcestershire Growth Hub.
Leader of the Council and Portfolio Holder for Planning, Economic Development, Commercialism, and Partnerships, Cllr. Matt Dormer, said: “Opportunities like this allow the local businesses of Redditch the chance to unlock their potential, to upskill their staff, and reach their goals. Redditch has a lot to offer for businesses.”
The event, hosted by Worcestershire Growth Hub, is taking place on the 12th of March at Heart of Worcestershire College’s Redditch Campus from 1pm till 3.30pm.
Cllr. Dormer, added: “Events like these, funded thanks to the UK Shared Prosperity Fund investment from the UK Government, give the chance for businesses to be inspired by their potential and plot a path to reach it.”
Business in attendance will have the chance to hear from representatives from the Worcestershire Growth Hub team, the Worcestershire County Council Economic Development team, and the Skills and Investment team.
There will also be the opportunity to learn about the latest business grants and support which is on offer to Redditch (and wider Worcestershire) based businesses, meet the programme leads and gain answers to any questions you may have.
