We all want a clean and safe borough.
The responsibility for removing graffiti depends on its location: Private property would be the responsibility of the owner. For example, Royal Mail (post boxes), Network Rail (railway bridges), Virgin/Sky/Openreach (Internet/Telephone boxes).
Council property includes things like: litter bins, street signs, public toilets, parks.
