Your new tenancy agreement is on the way!

Following our recent tenant consultation, all our tenants are now being provided with new terms to their Tenancy Agreement.

Look out for your copy of the amended terms of your Tenancy Agreement and a Landlords Notice of Variation, which confirms the date that you will transfer onto the amended terms.

You will not need to do anything further and you do not need sign the document we have sent you. It is a copy for your reference. If you are on a Secure Tenancy, please be aware that accepting the new tenancy terms will not affect any of the rights you currently hold as a secure tenant.
