Tenant giving notice for themselves

Please complete the form below if you are to give notice to quit a property

Please Note

You are usually required to give us at least 4 weeks’ notice, ending on the first or last day of a period of your tenancy (which is usually a Sunday or a Monday).

If you are a sole tenant and you want to give less than 4 weeks notice, we will need to agree to this for your notice to be valid. You should speak to your Neighbourhood & Tenancy Officer about this in advance of completing this form.

If you are a joint tenant and you provide notice of less than 4 weeks and/or ending on the wrong date your notice will not accepted unless all joint tenants and us agree. This agreement should be obtained before completing this form
