Annual Tenants Satisfaction Survey 2023-24
Take part in this year's annual Tenants Satisfaction Survey, now open!
Please use this survey to tell us your views and opinions about our service over the last 12 months. It's open to all Redditch Borough Council housing tenants and should take about three minutes to complete.
Your views are important to help us improve our service to you. Your views will also be reported to the Regulator of Social Housing to help measure our performance in the last year.
The closing date for responses is midnight on Friday April 19.

Look out for a text from us
If we've got a mobile number for you on our records, we'll be sending you a text asking you to take part in this survey.
These texts will start to be sent from Thursday March 14.
They will come from the sender name Redditch BC and include a survey link you can click on to access the survey. The survey link will be in the format "vsms.io/" followed by a short code.
You will only receive up to two texts from us about this:
- One text to give you the opportunity respond to the survey, and
- A second text as a reminder.
The texts are being sent on our behalf by We Love Surveys.
