We have introduced a call back facility for when we are experiencing a high volume of calls.
This will mean that instead of waiting in a queue to speak to someone after a period of waiting you will be able to leave your name and number and we will get back to you by the end of the next working day.
From help with your council tax, housing benefits, Universal Credit and other support service, you can find financial assistance from us here.
If you claim benefits and your circumstances change you need to tell us as soon as possible, at least within one calendar month of when the change happened.
You may be able to get help with your Council Tax if you are, or someone who lives with you is, on a low income or disabled
If you get more housing benefit or council tax support than you are entitled to, this is called an overpayment and you will usually have to pay the money back
