NEW Lifeline Keeping you Safe

We recognise the vital role NEW Lifeline and telecare services play in supporting people during Coronavirus.

Our Monitoring Centre is always staffed and ready to assist 24/7 and our services remain available to new and existing service users, with added safety measures.

In addition we are:

  • Providing daily reassurance calls for those without contact or company
  • Signposting and making referrals for people who need a little extra support.
  • In touch with community groups and social services

Please get in contact if you think we can help. We can mobilise quickly, usually within 24hrs, where there is an urgent need.

Our safety measures

We have created new Contactless installations, which are perfect for anyone that wants NEW Lifeline without the need for anyone to come into their home. With Contactless installations we will drop off pre-programmed equipment that is simply plugged in by the service user, family or carer.

When carrying out installations at a property, our installation officers will:

  • Spend as little time as possible in your property and
  • Complete all paperwork via a telephone call before the visit.

All our staff are following strict procedures and have all been issued with personal protective equipment for your and their safety.

Our administrative staff – not our 24/7 monitoring centre staff – are working remotely at this time, to minimise how many people are brought physically together. This may mean you have to wait slightly longer than normal when calling our office number 01527 534060, and we thank you for your patience.

Thank you for your understanding at this time.
