About the Redditch Partnership and Redditch District Collaborative

Redditch Partnership brings together different organisations from different sectors so that instead of each organisation working separately in isolation, the Redditch Partnership provides a forum to enable local organisations to address local issues by working together.

Due to District Collaboratives being established as part of the Integrated Care Systems (introduced following the 2022 Health and Care Act) the Redditch District Collaborative (RDC) was set up. The overall aim of a District Collaborative is to enable people to live and stay well.

In Redditch, to avoid duplication and build on existing strong working relationships, it was agreed between Redditch Borough Council, health and other partners that the Redditch Partnership would connect in and support the Redditch District Collaborative, which has a particular focus on addressing health inequalities and disparities locally.

A number of organisations are part of the Redditch Partnership and Redditch District Collaborative including Redditch Borough Council, NHS and a range of local voluntary and community sector organisations.
