Consultation Local letting plan for St David’s extra care housing scheme

We currently reviewing our local letting plan for St David’s extra care housing scheme which details who can apply, how applications are made, how these are assessed and how people are allocated properties. The policy needs updating to reflect changes in legislation, regulation, our policies, and good practice.

The consultation begins on Monday 19 May through to Sunday 10 August 2025. If you are affected by the proposed changes, please take part in the survey. We want to hear views.
