Footpath Diversion Order - land at Ravens Bank Drive Redditch

On 11th September 2026 the Council made the following footpath diversion order under section 257 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990: -

Public Path Diversion Order No. 1 2026 (Footpath No. RDC0799 (C) (Part) Redditch

These are the consultation documents relating to this footpath diversion order: -

Physical copies of the documents can be viewed/ obtained free of charge from the the Customer Services Centre, 5 George Walk, Kingfisher Shopping Centre, Redditch, B97 4HB from 09:00 to 17:00 Mondays to Fridays.

The consultation period runs from 11th September 2026 to 10th October 2026.

Any representations or objections to the Order must be in writing stating the grounds upon which they are made addressed to the Principal Solicitor, Redditch Borough Council, Town Hall, Walter Stranz Square, Redditch B98 8AH no later than 10th day October 2026.

If no such representations or objections are made, or if any so made are withdrawn, Redditch Borough Council may confirm the Order as an unopposed Order. If the Order is sent to the Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs for confirmation any representations or objections which have not been withdrawn will be sent with the Order.
