Redditch Borough Council’s Inclusive Play Policy sets out an ambitious approach to making play areas across the Borough more accessible and inclusive for children of all abilities. The Council will prioritise improvements at Arrow Valley Country Park, with the aim of creating an example of inclusive play space, while using the learning to guide improvements at Morton Stanley Park and other play areas.

The Redditch Borough Council Inclusive Play Policy sets out the Council’s commitment to creating more accessible and inclusive play opportunities for children and young people across the Borough. It aims to remove barriers, support disabled and non-disabled children to play together, and ensure accessibility and inclusion are considered when play areas are improved or renewed.
