Come along and try our gentle Pilates exercise class, it is designed to Tone your muscles whilst at the same time keeping them long and flexible.  This is not an "aerobic" class, so there is no jumping around and you are unlikely to work up a sweat, but your body will thank you for taking the time to workout at a lower level.

By gently working the muscles Pilates aims to increase your flexibility, improve posture and balance and reduce stress and tension from those muscles.  The class is suitable for all ages as long as you can get down to and up from the floor.  It is ideal for those people returning from injury or from a break in fitness who want something lower intensity that still has benefits.
