Join us for a FREE 12 week NHS BETTER HEALTH weight loss plan.

Starting on in January 2021, we will be offering education and exercise support to help you make lifestyle changes that improve health and encourage weight loss.

Each week we will review the apps guidance and look at ways to incorporate this into everyday living.

Due to coronavirus restrictions we will be holding these 1hr sessions at the following times:

Starting Friday 15th January - 10am

Starting Friday 15th January - 11:15am

Starting Saturday 16th January - 9am

Starting Saturday 16th January - 10:15am
