Multiple Sclerosis exercise

You can continue to exercise at home with Natasha and Gaynor!

We will be holding weekly exercise sessions - Tuesdays at 11.30am for 1hr.

Due to a generous donation to the group from Wendy Eades this "virtual class" will be free for 20 weeks from Tuesday 16th March.  However, you do need to complete the registration form to attend the session.

The instructor will then send you a direct link with details about how to access the class.

Redditch Borough Council have partnered with local medical professionals to bring you these targeted exercise sessions.

The symptoms of multiple sclerosis can make it difficult to exercise, so we work with local exercise instructors and the MS physios from the Princess of Wales Community Hospital to create a range of exercises for people with MS. The workouts are designed for different levels of mobility and as the session is set out as a circuit you never have to do anything that you are uncomfortable with.

TUESDAYS at Windmill Community Centre

11.30am to 12.30pm - This class includes seated and standing exercises to help with strength, balance and stability.

12.45pm to 1.45pm - Mainly seated exercises for wheelchair users, aiming to strengthen and mobilise the upper body to reduce stiffness.

Both sessions cost £3.30
