A qualified exercise professional will:

Spend time with you looking at your current activity levels, your goals and any health conditions that need to be considered.  They will design a programme that meets your needs and be there to help you along the way.

For only £25.00 you will receive a 6 week programme, full PEAK gym membership (including classes) and access to our community exercise sessions.



I just want to thank you for the opportunity of the Live Well - Be Well Course.

I have really enjoyed going to the Gym and the Aquafit Classes..  It really has been more than I expected.   The Trainer - Adam was Brilliant... I had never even been in a Gym before and he patiently went through each machine that I was going to use to show me how they work... and introduced additional machines to use half way through the Course.   I have now joined the GYM... And now look forward to a much healthier lifestyle...and I Love it !!

I have just completed a six week live well ,be well course and I would like to say a big thank you.

My improvement has been considerable both mentally and physically .

Over the last few years I have had two knees and one hip replaced and I have not been as mobile as I would have liked .

I particularly found the one to one meetings with Tracey very helpful the way she tailored my exercises to suit my needs and to build up my strength also the way she encouraged me.
I have also attended the senior circuits classes on a few occasions and I find them very helpful as it is good to work with a group of people of similar age and ability.

Two weeks ago I participated in the comic relief mile and I was able to complete it walking and I even managed to jog a lap.

I have joined the gym and hope to continue the good work you have started.
