Calling All Redditch Residents

Redditch Borough Council are inviting all residents to have their say in the annual My Neighbourhood Survey for 2026.

The survey launches on August 10, giving people the opportunity to tell the Council about their experience of living, working, and spending time in their local neighbourhood. Feedback gathered through the survey will help to inform future priorities, decision-making, and service planning across the Borough.

In 2025 feedback received through the My Neighbourhood Survey (formerly the Places Survey) meant that investments were made in street cleansing equipment, fly tipping hotspots were identified and tackled, and new waste collection vehicles.

Leader of the Council, Cllr. Matt Dormer, said: “The My Neighbourhood Survey is an important opportunity to have a direct say on what matters most in your local area. I encourage everyone to take part – to tell us what we are doing well but also what can be improved. The more people who complete the survey, the better we can understand the needs, priorities, and experiences of our residents.”

Closing on September 21 at 9am, the Council are keen to hear from a wide range of residents to ensure that results reflect the views and experiences of communities from across the Borough.

Community groups, local organisations, and businesses are being encouraged to help spread the word and encourage their networks to participate.
