Managing condensation

You can take steps to manage condensation, which occurs whenever moisture in the air comes into contact with a relatively cold surface and condenses into water droplets.

The most obvious sign of condensation is mist on windows. It is also common on cold external walls. If left unchecked condensation can cause black mould to appear and can cause woodwork to rot.
