If you're a our tenant, your gas boiler and central heating must have an annual safety check. It's not just safer for you: it's required by our tenancy agreement with you, and it's the law.

Your annual gas safety check protects your life and the lives of your family. Carbon monoxide poisoning kills around 30 people a year.

When it is time for your service we will contact you to make an appointment. We can make appointments for between 8am and 5pm Monday to Friday. If you need a different time, please contact us.

Please make every effort to meet your appointment. It's very important, and we have a legal obligation to ensure your check gets done. That means if you don't meet your appointment, we have to take costly legal action through the courts to ensure it does get done.
