If you have bought a leasehold flat or maisonette from us you pay an annual service charge, which is your share of the costs of repairing, improving, maintaining, insuring and managing the building.
Your service charge covers the maintenance and repair of the structure of the building and in some cases lighting, communal areas, the surrounding estate, lifts, central heating, planned improvements, and so on. We arrange these services as the landlord, and you pay for them as the leaseholder.
We send out service charge bills every October. Arrears are likely to attract charges, so please contact us should you have any problems regarding payment.
