What personal information do we collect?

We will collect a name and contact details

Why do we collect this information?

We collect this information for the purpose of fulfilling the request under the legal basis of a legal obligation.

Who do we share the information with?

In some circumstances the information management team will share some personal information with other teams to assist in the response. We do not routinely share this information with anyone else.

How long do we keep the information?

Details of the request and the response sent will be kept for 2 years, and a table of the request summery with the requesters name will be kept for 6 years.
