Printing and MFD contract details

We jointly procured a Government Commercial Agency printing contract under framework agreement RM6174 in 2023, together with Bromsgrove District Council.

Kyocera was the successful bidder and supply all our equipment and service until December 2028.

The two councils' shared printing service has 30 lease rental multifunctional devices (colour and mono) across a 17-site footprint. The annual volume is approximately 1.2m pages. The print and data management software used is Papercut MF.

The approximate annual spend for both councils is under £30,000.

External printing

We procure all applicable external printing through the Government Commercial Agency catalogue Print Marketplace, under framework agreement RM6371 which ends in December 2028. 

The approximate annual spend on external printing for 2025-26 was £24,000 for Redditch Borough Council and £10,000 for Bromsgrove District Council.
