Reopening High Streets Safely

Visit and shop in Redditch with confidence, with the safety measures in place around the town’s public areas and support for local businesses to do the same.

Thank you for observing the restrictions and protecting public safety. With these measures and your common sense, we can support each other to control the virus and save lives.

Reopening safely

In Redditch we've got:

  • ‘Keep right/left’ one way systems
  • Physical distancing markers
  • Increased cleaning schedules
  • Business support
  • Highly visible public safety messages
  • All in line with Government guidance since non-essential retail shops were permitted to reopen.

We are monitoring the situation, and keeping up to date with changing Government advice.
