Shopmobility Seeking Survey Responses

The Redditch Shopmobility service is calling for all residents to take part in their feedback survey.

Users, non-users, and former users are being encouraged to share their views whilst the survey is open between August 1 and September 12.

Leader of the Council, Cllr. Matt Dormer, said: “Every response helps us to better understand the needs of residents and visitors. We want to hear from current users, former users, and people who have never used the service before but may have considered it. The feedback we gather during survey processes like this is vital in helping us to make informed decisions to ensure that we can meet customer needs in the future. It is important that all residents take this chance to share their thoughts.”

The survey aims to gather feedback about the service and the experience of customers to help shape future improvements and ensure the service continues to meet the needs of the community.

You do not need to have used the Shopmobility service to take part. There is particular interest to hear from people who may have stopped using the service or who considered using it but ultimately decided against it. Understanding these experiences and barriers will provide valuable insights into how the service can be improved.

The survey only takes a few minutes to complete, and can be completed online: https://www.smartsurvey.co.uk/s/RBCShopmobility2026/
