Customer Services Moving Home

Residents will soon be able to access Redditch Borough Council’s Customer Services team once again at the Town Hall following significant refurbishment work.

The temporary Customer Services centre at George Walk will close on 9^th October, with the service returning to the Town Hall, off Walter Stranz Square, from 12^th October.

The move follows substantial investment in the building, which has been transformed as part of the town hall regeneration project. The programme has delivered modernised council offices and public-facing spaces, creating a more welcoming, accessible and contemporary environment for residents and visitors.

Leader of the Council, Cllr Matt Dormer, said: “We’re delighted to welcome our Customer Services team back to Redditch Town Hall. The refurbished section of the building offers a modern, welcoming, and accessible environment that better reflects the needs of our residents. We’re grateful to residents for their patience during these important refurbishment works and look forward to welcoming them into the improved facilities.”

Residents visiting the Town Hall from 12^th October will benefit from improved facilities designed to provide a better customer experience, whilst bringing council services back under one roof in a modern, fit for purpose building.
