We are working in partnership with Novus Property Solutions and Compliance Specifics to carry out energy improvement assessments at selected council properties in Batchley and Winyates East.

We are improving the energy efficiency of about 280 of our lowest EPC-rated properties, in Batchley and Winyates East, to make them warmer and reduce their energy use and carbon footprint.
