Community transport

Redditch Dial-A-Ride is a door-to-door transport service for residents of Redditch Borough who cannot use public transport.

Register with us to make any journey within Redditch Borough in our fleet of modern wheelchair accessible minibuses which have low rise steps for easy access.

  3. Leisure
  4. Medical appointments 
  5. Making a travel connection to somewhere outside the borough.

Dial-A-Ride runs Monday to Friday with first pick-ups from 8.45am and last pick-ups at 4.20pm, except Fridays which are 4pm.

If you are visiting Redditch Town Centre, we can also book you a Shopmobility scooter or wheelchair to meet you when you get there.

We also operate a regular bus service between Webheath and the Abbey Stadium via Batchley and the town centre. This is the number 52 bus, known as the Redditch Hopper.

Book a Dial-A-Ride journey

You can book a journey up to three working days in advance, except for medical appointments which you can book up to seven working days in advance. We can be very busy, so we advise that you book as early as possible.

The service runs Monday to Friday with first pick-ups from 8.45am. Last pick-ups are at 4.20pm, except on Fridays when they are at 4pm.
