Senior Circuits is designed for anybody over 50, to socialize with liked minded individuals, whilst getting a varied workout in the gym.
The circuit class is intended to improve the cardiovascular system (cv) and strengthen muscles, through low impact exercises supervised by our fitness instructors, who will demonstrate and advise through the workout.
Each exercise is carried out for a duration of 45 seconds to 1 minute and is adaptable depending on customer requirements, before moving onto the next exercise station.
Refreshments are provided (tea, coffee, biscuits) after Thursdays session.
There is no booking, just turn up 5 - 10 minutes before the class starts and the team can answer any questions.
