What if major works are required to my block?

After you have had your lease for more than five years you will have to bear any reasonable costs of work carried out.

For all qualifying works carried out under a qualifying long term agreement, you will be consulted where the cost exceeds £250.

You will be notified in writing of our intention to carry out these works and given two estimates of the costs likely to be incurred. You will be invited to comment on these works and the estimates.
