Loans for work to Houses in Multiple Occupation

You can get interest-free loans for up to half of the cost of certain works on Houses in Multiple Occupation (HMO) from us.

Loans may be available to improve the premises or provide facilities to a standard determined by us, or to improve the thermal efficiency of the property including with:

1. New boilers
2. Installation of central heating
3. Installation of insulation
4. New windows
5. New roofs including thermal insulation

Under this loan scheme you pay back all the money we lend to you when you sell the property or when it is no longer deemed to be an HMO.
