Disputes and Complaints

If you have any concerns about the level or type of service that you are receiving then you can discuss this immediately with the Care and Repair Manager for your area who will make every attempt to resolve the problem. If this is not possible then your complaint may be dealt with under the Formal Complaints Procedure.


Stage 1

For Redditch , Bromsgrove  and Wyre Forest Residents:
Contact the Care and Repair Manager on 01527 64252
 or
Stage 2
If this proves unsuccessful then you can ask for the Director of Housing, Leisure and Community Services (01527 64252), to have your complaint investigated by the Head of Service.


Stage 3
If you are still dissatisfied the Chief Executive will consider your complaint.


Stage 4
If having completed the above you are still unhappy you can ask for your complaint to be looked at again by a panel of Councillors

(If you wish to appeal in respect of a housing grant we will refer this to the respective Environmental Health Manager for your local authority district.)
